The rapid development of the global semiconductor and AI industries is driving increasing demands for power quality and stability. The largest battery manufacturer for emergency backup systems in Taiwan – Truewin Technoloy, will be exhibiting at SEMICON Taiwan 2025 from September 10th to 12th. The booth will be located at P5204, first floor, Nangang Exhibition Hall 2. The company will bring its latest next-generation batteries and smart energy storage solutions, more safety, reliability, and innovation aim to help clients to take the challenges of energy transition.
At this exhibition, Truewin Technology highlighted its active balancing battery management system (BMS), which significantly shortens cell balancing time, increases available capacity, and reduces heat generation. Combining AI algorithms with TRUEWIN LINK communication technology, it enables intelligent data analysis and high-speed data transmission, making energy management more efficient and safer.
In terms of battery technology, Truewin simultaneously released a 46Ah semi-solid-state battery and a 25Ah LTO lithium titanate battery module. The semi-solid-state battery utilizes highly safe materials and innovative manufacturing processes, significantly reducing the risk of thermal runaway and enabling real-time monitoring and rapid maintenance. The LTO battery, renowned for its lifespan five times that of traditional batteries and wide operating temperature range, combines high safety and durability, making it particularly suitable for high-load applications such as semiconductor production lines and data centers.
In addition, the upgraded industrial ESS product - Ostar and smart firefighting solution, which provides long-term backup and multi-layered protection. The system features an all-in-one design, liquid cooling, and STOBA safety materials. Combined with an IP55 protection rating and a forward-looking ultra-high-porosity isolation membrane, it effectively extends lifespan and reduces risks. The smart firefighting system integrates multiple monitoring and firefighting mechanisms to comprehensively enhance energy storage application safety.
